American Tire and Motorsports

I originally went to American Tire in Yonkers just to get a spray-in bedliner. While I was there, I decided to add a tonneau cover too, and I’m really glad I did. I called around 9:00 AM, got there around noon, and everything was done by 5:00 PM the same day. You really can’t beat that. Big thanks to Russ and Mike for taking care of me. They were easy to talk to, answered all my questions, and did an awesome job. The bedliner came out perfect, and the tonneau cover looks great and fits perfectly. Great customer service, quality work, and no hassle from start to finish. I’ll definitely be going back when it’s time for my wheels and tires. Highly recommend these guys!

I had a tow hitch installed on my Mazda CX-5 by American Tire, and the entire experience was outstanding. A special thank you to Maria, who was absolutely fantastic throughout the process. She promptly returned my calls, kept me updated every step of the way, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. The showroom was clean and professional, and the entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The installation was completed quickly and efficiently, and the quality of the work was excellent. Best of all, the price was incredible—about half of what my dealership quoted me for the same job. It’s rare to find a business that combines great customer service, quality workmanship, and such competitive pricing. I highly recommend American Tire to anyone looking for a tow hitch installation or automotive service. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

My Build: 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave 37-12.5-17 Nitto Recon Grapplers with 17 inch KMC Bronze Rims ReadyLIFT 4-Inch Terrain Flex Max Suspension Lift Kit WARN VR EVO Winch 12k lb with Synthetic Rope Rough Country Power Running Boards I want to thank brothers Mike, Russ and their entire team for holding my hand the entire way through my Jeep build. I was completely nervous to dive into modifying a brand new jeep. I did my research and gathered a few estimates. Some came highly recommended, but I took a chance on American Tire. Their estimate beat out everyone else’s and location was close for me. Mike understood my needs completely and my manic mind changed things on the fly as my build developed. Dropped off on a Monday and picked up on Friday. Everything from scheduling to the finished work was done very professionally. There were a few hiccups, how to fit the spare and rust on the bull bar, but brought it right back and fixed everything while I waited. Been driving around locally and haven’t had it off road just yet, but I’m all smiles right now and owe it all to American Tire.

I had a great experience working with Russell and Mike at American Tire. They did a 2" Eibach level, wheels and tires, undercoating, air bags and skid plates. Everything turned out great (and I'm picky). I was particularly impressed with the attention to detail on the undercoating work. No missed spots and all of the connectors, running gear and hot parts were left spotless. Communications was good, prices were fair and the timeline was fine. Clean shop and professional staff. Couldn't be happier. Great job guys!
